Returns & Exchanges

Regular priced items are eligible for an exchange, or store credits.

To qualify for an exchange, items must be unwashed, in their original condition and tags intact. Exchanges are not accepted on orders made with promotional codes (unless otherwise stated), Snuggle Me loungers, sale items, hair accessories, pacifiers, bloomers, intimates and swimwear for hygiene reasons.

Please take reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not lost/damaged in transit. We reserve the right not to process any exchange on damaged items that are returned to us.

Exchanged items will have to be of an equal or higher value than the original item, and you will be required to top up the difference. There will be no refund of any balance if the value of the exchanged item is lower than the original item.

Please note: Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Postage costs of returned parcels are not covered by Little Suite. Please choose a traceable mode of postage as we can only process parcels that reach us. Parcels should reach us within 14 business days from delivery date for local orders and 28 business days for international orders. An email update will be sent within 14 business days upon receipt of your return parcel. In the case of an exchange due to a defective item, the customer will be refunded the cost of the item paid plus the shipping cost incurred in sending the item out. You are allowed to make an exchange to another item, or opt for a store credit.

International customers are welcome to return exchange item(s) via your preferred shipping provider. We recommend using a trackable postage method for your peace of mind!

All items are non-refundable.
