Terms & Conditions

  • Little Suite Pte. Ltd ("Little Suite" or "We") takes every reasonable efforts to ensure that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date on the site. Please take some time to read our terms and conditions. By using this site and its services, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as stated below.

PURCHASE & DELIVERY

  • Please ensure that the correct item, size, colour and address have been entered prior to checking out. We are unable to amend/consolidate orders once they have been confirmed. This will help us to pack your orders as efficiently as possible.
  • All orders will be processed within 2 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please ensure that all required information are submitted during the payment process to avoid possible delays during shipping.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

  • At Little Suite, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; therefore we accept exchanges on all our regular priced products within 10 working days from the delivery date of the parcel (*size exchange is limited to 1 time for the same item).
  • Exchanges will be done if the item is in its original condition and packaging (unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Please take reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not lost/damaged in transit. We reserve the right not to process any exchange on damaged items that are returned to us.
  • The customer will bear all shipping charges involved in the exchange. In the case of an exchange not due to a defective item, the customer will be refunded the cost of the item paid minus the shipping cost incurred in sending the item out. You are allowed to make an exchange to another item, or opt for a store credit.
  • Exchanged items will have to be of an equal or higher value than the original item, and you will be required to top up the difference. There will be no refund of any balance if the value of the exchanged item is lower than the original item.
  • We apologize that we cannot accept any exchanges on sale items, custom orders, soft toys, bloomers, pre-ordered items and products damaged after leaving our store.
  • In the event of any product being faulty, we will cover all costs of postage and reimburse the cost of the item paid including the shipping cost. You are allowed to make an exchange to another item, or opt for a store credit. Postage charges incurred will be refunded via store credits. Please email us at sales@littlesuite.com.sg about it before mailing the item back to us.
  • Upon receiving your request, we will contact you and let you know the address you would need to send the item back to us for the exchange. When sending the item back to us, please remember to indicate your name and address at the back of the envelope.
  • We are not responsible for exchanges that do not reach us.
  • We try to process exchange requests as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to be processed after the item is returned to us. 
  • If you purchase the item in an incorrect size, please send us an email at sales@littlesuite.com.sg and we will reply you within 2-3 working days.
  • All items are not refundable.
  • Exchange will only be applicable for local customers.

PAYMENT

  • We accept all major credit cards made through PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. Little Suite is not liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for any fraudulent use of a credit card will be on the user and the onus to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on the user.
  • You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment and PayPal's security automatically encrypts your confidential information. 
  • We also accept Internet Banking. Please note that we do not accept payments made via ATM Transfer.
  • All prices are shown and charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD). 
  • For overseas credit card payment, please check with your credit card company for accurate conversion rate and charges.

GIFT CARDS/DISCOUNT CODES

  • All vouchers are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
  • Vouchers can only be applied once and cannot be split into several transactions.
  • We will not be able to issue another discount code for the remaining balance of the voucher's credit, thus we strongly recommend you to let us know in advance if you wish to split the amount of the gift vouchers. For example, $100 gift vouchers to be split into 2 discount codes with amount of $50 each.
  • All vouchers are not exchangeable for cash. Please email us if you'd like to purchase gift cards.
