We only bring in products at Little Suite we love and use in our own child and homes. Details from the stitching, printing, and zippers, to where and how our products are made, matter deeply to us. If something isn't right with the manufacturing of your item, please let us know by emailing hello@littlesuite.com.sg. We're a small team who wants to make it right.
*Please note that if a replacement is provided by us we can only cover the shipping fee for items in Singapore. For international customers, we will kindly ask that you cover the shipping fee on the replaced item.
Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the highest and strictest global standard for organic cotton, and covers the entire production process from farm to factory to finished product.
Our certified organic items contain at least 95% organic fibres, and our dyes are free from harsh chemicals, bleaches and other irritant and pollutant materials.
Organic cotton is also hypoallergenic. It won't cause skin irritation, and is favoured by those who suffer from eczema or allergies.
All items are machine-washable. Make sure to wash before use and wash with like colours. No ironing is required.
For extra care, pop them in a laundry bag, wash in cold water, on low cycle, and avoid the dryer to prevent stiffening of fabric.
Kindly note that muslin cotton gets softer with use.
Shipping & Delivery
For orders within Singapore, Standard Shipping is S$5, Express Shipping is S$10 and Next-Day Delivery is S$25. Standard Shipping within Singapore is on us for orders above S$100.
We are working to get the best international shipping rates for you. International Shipping options are available at check out. If you are unable to complete your order, write to us at hello@littlesuite.com.sg. We are here for you.
Shipping costs will be based on the weight or volumetric weight of your items, whichever is higher. Kindly note that you will have to bear all import taxes and fees.
Please allow between 3-5 business days for Standard Shipping and 2-3 business days for Express Shipping within Singapore. For International Shipping, delivery timelines vary depending on where you live.
A longer-than-usual lead time is to be expected during festive or sale seasons.
Delivery hours are Monday - Saturday, 10am to 10pm.
You may opt for Lalamove (cost calculated by distance). Place your order before 12PM to receive it within the same day. During peak seasons, this delivery option may not be available.
You may opt for Next-Day Delivery (S$25) at checkout. Place your order before 12PM to receive it within the same day.
All orders placed over the weekends and public holidays will only be processed on the next business day.

Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns to ensure that every product sent from us is new, clean and safe for babies. If the product you received is not what you ordered, drop us a note with your order number at hello@littlesuite.com.sg and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.
That’s no good! Please contact us immediately as all damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order. We will arrange for a doorstep exchange for you.

For us to facilitate a successful exchange, the apparel or footwear must be unworn, unused and unwashed with original tags/labels/packaging intact and in pristine condition.
We allow size exchanges for apparel* and footwear (same product and colourway) within 14 days of your purchase, subject to availability. If the size of your choice is not available, we are regretfully unable to conduct the exchange. Apparel and footwear under ‘SALE’ or purchased with a discount code are not eligible for exchange.
*For hygiene purposes, swimwear and intimates cannot be exchanged.

Yes, you may opt to add a gift wrapping service for an additional S$3.
For bulky and large gifts that require bigger boxes or a different gift packaging entirely, additional charges apply. We will reach out to you separately with a payment request.
In some instances, we are regretfully unable to package your gift due to its size or nature. We will reach out to you separately, and process a cancellation and refund.
During seasonal periods such as and not limited to Christmas, seasonal Gift Box prices apply.
Yes, you may include a gift message under 'Notes' at checkout. Write to us at sales@littlesuite.com.sg with your order number and gift message if you are unsure.
Snuggle Me Loungers
GOTS organic certified cotton because it holds the highest standard in the world for fabrics. For fills, it's polyester fiber with zero added chemicals or flame retardants. This combo makes all loungers machine washable!
Mia created the Snuggle Me in 2007 after having twin boys. She struggled juggling both of their needs and the needs of a toddler at the same time. She told her family that all she needed was someone to come in and just HOLD a baby. They got to work and designed a portable nest that would simulate the feeling of being held. It was the very first baby lounger, a brand new category of product.
Use your Snuggle Me for actively engaging, playing, and bonding with your awake little one.
To use your Snuggle Me, lay your baby in the center of the unpadded sling on their back, drape their legs over the bottom end of the lounger. Ensure the baby's body is straight and their chin is not tucked downwards.
Bassinets, cribs, and pack and plays are considered safe sleep spaces. By adding a Snuggle Me to these environments, this changes the safety of the sleep space and creates an unsafe sleep environment.
Any time you need an extra set of arms to hold your baby, you can use the Snuggle Me Lounger.
- Always be within reach of the baby in case they roll or need to be repositioned.
- Always use the Snuggle Me on the floor and on firm, even surfaces.
- Never place the Snuggle Me on/in a bed or any other space used for sleep.
- Never use the Snuggle Me on high surfaces.
- If your baby falls asleep in a non-sleep product, move them to a safe sleep location immediately.
- Never carry the Snuggle Me when your baby is inside.
- Never place blankets or pillows inside the Snuggle Me.
- Never use the Snuggle Me if it is damaged.
- Direct supervision is required. Babies can begin to roll, crawl, or scoot unexpectedly.
For all products, always read and follow product guidance, warnings and assembly instructions, including weight and height restrictions.
All items are machine washable! The loungers, covers, and nursing pillow can be washed on COLD with mild detergent (avoid getting detergent onto the actual products). Do not use an agitator if possible with the loungers/nursing pillows as this can shift the filling. We recommend a detergent free of optical brighteners.
Dry your items on COOL (any heat could potentially shrink cotton). To be completely safe, air dry your items. Covers should be laid flat to dry, as hanging can cause the fabric to stretch.
The filling can shift during washing or from baby’s head/legs pushing against the edges but it can be refluffed!
Yes, you definitely can! However, having a cover will reduce the amount of washing that the lounger itself needs. It is MUCH easier to wash the cover than the entire lounger. We usually recommend having 2 covers so that you can use one while the other is in the wash. For even more protection, grab one of our organic puddle pads!
The middle is meant to be unpadded so that it can act like a sling to pull the sides in to hold baby and help them feel held.
It will keep baby's head in a curve shape which helps.
The Snuggle Me cradles baby’s back and helps elevate their legs, which is the preferred position for healthy hip development in newborns. Allow baby’s legs to pull up as they did when they were in the womb. Do not swaddle or restrict their hips. This helps prevent hip dysplasia.
Babies will fit into the lounger until their butts come up onto the end of the lounger when laying all the way down in the lounger. This usually happens around the 6-9 month mark. After this, babies can still use it while propped up onto the end until a few years of age. If using propped, please only use on the floor as baby will easily be able to kick or crawl out.
The cover is meant to fit a bit bigger than the lounger so that as baby grows, the cover isn't stretched too thin or pulls the sides of the lounger too tightly. If the cover is a little bunchy, you can try tucking the ends under the lounger for a tighter fit.
We love the puddle pad because it is designed for handle small spills and protect the lounger. It is not waterproof but really helps reduce the leaks to the lounger. It is not waterproof on purpose to allow the surface to remain breathable.
The pad is not meant to be waterproof so that the entire lounger and covers stay breathable for safety. Instead, it is made with a super absorbent cotton that is meant to help with small spills, leaks, and accidents but is still easily washable!
