We never sell your information to any external party. However, we share your data with the following categories of companies in order to provide our services to you: companies that help get your purchases to you such as payment service providers, packing and fulfilment agencies; professional service providers such as marketing agencies, advertising partners and website hosts who help us run our business; companies approved by you, such as social media sites (if you choose to link your accounts to us); law enforcement and fraud prevention agencies or anybody required by law.

We may retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law.

WITHDRAWING YOUR CONSENT

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter, or opt-out of our membership programs at any time by following the instructions provided at the bottom of all emails sent. You may also withdraw consent and request us to stop using your personal data by submitting your request in writing to hello@littlesuite.com.sg. Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect our right to continue to collect, use and disclose personal data where such collection, use and disclose without consent is permitted or required under applicable laws.

You can access, review and update your personal data by signing into your user account at our website, or by contacting us at hello@littlesuite.com.sg.  If we are unable to provide you with any personal data or to make a correction requested by you, we shall generally inform you of the reasons why we are unable to do so (except where we are not required to do so under the PDPA).

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

To safeguard your personal data, we have introduced reasonable precautions to store and process it securely. These include passwords, financial information encryption, and disclosing personal data both internally and to our authorised third party service providers only on a need-to-know basis.
