Refund & Exchanges
REFUND
We do not accept returns to ensure that every product sent from us is new, clean and safe for babies. If the product you received is not what you ordered, drop us a note with your order number at hello@littlesuite.com.sg and we’ll assist you as soon as possible. We are unable to process any refunds unless you have received a defective or damaged product that is the last piece we have available. Please contact us and and we will assist you. Upon confirmation of product defect, we will process your exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase.
If the item shows sign of normal wear and tear, we will not provide an exchange or refund.
EXCHANGE
We know you might get the wrong sizes - especially when all babies are different! We have an allowable exchanges for apparel* and footwear within 14 working days of your purchase, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as you can, upon receiving your order.
All products under 'SALE' and not under apparel and footwear category do not qualify for an exchange.ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. For us to facilitate an exchange, the item(s) must be unworn, unused and unwashed with original tags and labels attached. Please contact us at hello@littlesuite.com.sg
*For hygiene reasons, swimwear and intimates cannot be exchanged.
