We are unable to process any refunds unless you have received a defective or damaged product that is the last piece we have available. Please contact us at email@example.com and we will assist you. Upon confirmation of product defect by the principal brand, we will process your exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase.
If the item shows sign of normal wear and tear, we will not provide an exchange or refund.
We know you might get the wrong sizes - especially when all babies are different! We have an allowable exchanges for apparel* and footwear within 14 working days of your purchase, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as you can, upon receiving your order.
All products under 'SALE' and not under apparel and footwear category do not qualify for an exchange.ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
