Regular priced items are eligible for an exchange, or store credits within 14 working days (for Singapore orders) and 45 working days (for international orders) upon the date of purchase, provided that all original tags are attached.
To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. Exchanges are not allowed for sale items, Snuggle Me Loungers, Snuggle Me Pillows, pacifiers, rattles, teethers, intimates and swimwear for hygiene reasons.
Exchanges can only be processed via email, subject to availability of item. Please email us at email@example.com to request for an exchange. Once we have verified your exchange, you will receive an email from us.
Due to the local COVID-19 regulations, all exchanges will be processed between 3-5 working days.
Please take reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not lost/damaged in transit. We reserve the right not to process any exchange on damaged items that are returned to us.
You will be responsible for the shipping fees on your exchanged item and any difference in pricing will be charged to your original form of payment. There will be no refund of any balance if the value of the exchanged item is lower than the original item. Your exchange will be processed once your original item has arrived at our warehouse.
We do not accept returns. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
